Description of Cottage

Cape Cod style cottage, one block from the ocean. Sleeps six. Two bedrooms, each with double size bed. Queen size sofa sleeper in living room. Fully equipped kitchen with full sized oven, stovetop and refrigerator. Pots, pans, silverware, dishes, coffeemaker and basic condiments are stocked in the cottage. There is an enclosed back porch area with more seating and a deck overlooking the large back yard. Off street parking available for one vehicle.
Cottage & Front Yard
Living Room

In the living room there are two recliner chairs and a queen size sofa hide-a-bed. The floors are covered in a warm berber carpet. There is a TV and a VCR-DVD player in the living room as well as a library of videotapes. In the village only one block from the cottage is a rental store where you can find rental DVD's.(For monthly stays cable TV is available.)
Bedrooms
  
Both bedrooms have double size beds, night stand, clock and windows. One bedroom looks out over the back yard with apple trees. The other bedroom has a window facing the front yard and a lovely wild rose bush.
   
Kitchen

The kitchen is fully equipped with all needed dishes, pots and pans, silverware, toaster, microwave oven, coffemaker and a side-by-side refrigerator, electric stovetop and oven. The cottage also has basic condiments including sugar, salt and pepper.

What's Nearby

The Post Office is a short 3 block walk from the cottage. The cottage is next door to the Little Log Church. If you choose not to cook your meals, Apple Tree Cottage is located close to several restaurants and espresso bars. The village is less than 2 blocks away with a grocery store, bakery, gift shops, ice cream parlor,and many other specialty stores.

 
Rates
  

Rental rate is $150.00 for a two night (minimum stay) or $420.00 per week. The cottage is also available for monthly rental, please email or call us for rates and more information. For monthly stays cable TV is included.

Reservations are required and a deposit of $50.00 is required to hold your reservation. We accept cash and traveler's checks or personal checks, no credit cards.

Please, no pets. No smoking inside the cottage.
